It entered your computer through your internet connection because the "firewall"
was not properly enabled and essential critical updates were not installed from

| I have been experiencing a problem with my Windows XP.
| Everynow and then I have this message popping up on to
| the screen " Windows must now restart. Remote Procedure
| call sevice terminated unexpectedly". Windows will then
| after a few seconds shut down. This happens 4 times this
| afternoon. Can someone assist me in overcoming this
| intermittent problem?
