remote produce call services terminated unexpectedly

My computer will automaticlly restart while I hooked up
to Internet after 5 minutes. There is error message pup
up on the screen shows Windows need to restart because
remote produce call (RPC) services terminated
unexpectedly. then after 5 minutes computer will restart
automaticlly.
copmuter is running very well if I did not connect on the
Internet.

I already reinstall Windows XP again, but there is no use.

Please someone help me with this issue. Thank you very
much.
