Remote Proceedure Shutdown

When using the internet after a very short time the
message "The system is shutting down Windows must restart
because of the Remote Proceedure Service was terminated
enexpectedly" is this caused by a trojan or worm?
I have run Norton Antivirus and Spybot but they cannot
find a problem. How do I sort this problem out??

You most likely have Blaster.
