why do i keep getting the message that nt
authority/system is terminating my internet conection,
with a remote procedure call, im just an home user and
not on a network. how do i stop these messages from
terminating my connection

Because you have the MSBlaster worm.
First, find and delete MSBlast.exe, then The first and last links are to
copies of scripts that will disinfect your machine, the last one being
zipped.
