Remote Procedure Call

When I try to view any web page in explorer I get a RPC
message telling me that the computer is going to have to
shut down completely, which it then procedes to do after
about 20 seconds. Does anyone know why this may be
happening?

It started happening to me yesterday (11 August) too. I do
not know much about the internal workings so I hope
someone can help - the Event Log tells me that ' The COM+
Event system detected a bad return code during its
internal processing. HRESULT was 800706BA from line 44 of
d:\nt\com\com1x\src\events\tier1\eventsystemobj.cpp
Does anyone know what this means?

Incidentally, I did a system restore to 29 July, when
eveything was fine, and the problem still occurs.

Hope someone can help us both!
