Hi
I have a compaq evo n1015v notebook with windows xp loaded.
I access the internet with an alcatel usb adsl modem when
i first loaded the system up and accessed the internet i
got an error message saying that due to an error with the
rpc service the computer was closing down, my pc sent an
error message to microsoft and got a response saying that
i needed to download new drivers for the modem. this i did
but i still get the same error message and closedown of my
system every time i go onto the net. only now i dont get
any assistance from microsoft.
Any help anyone can give me would really be appreciated.
