remote procedure call

I have this problem with my Windows XP, when i connect to
the internet, and working on the internet for few minutes,
i get a message from windows XP, saying that my computer
will be shut down in 60 seconds, and asks me save any
work. It also gives some message saying that remote
procedure call (rpc) service terminated. Does anyone know
what wrong with my windows xp software.
