Remote Procedure Call Service

Sending this for my daughter who keeps getting kicked off
the internet. About 3-5 minutes after getting on the
internet she receives a message similar to "Found problem
or error, terminating unexpectantly", "Remote Procedure
Call Service". Don't know if this enought information
but I hope it will suffice. What does she need to do?

This is caused by hackers exploiting a windows bug. There
is a microsoft patch available, with more information

recommend you also virus scan your system once the patch
has been installed and you have rebooted.
