Remote Procedure Call Service Terminated Unexpectedly

My Mom gets this message when she is on line and then a
minute later her system shuts itself down and reboots.
What could be the problem here? Also, her e-mail,
Outlook, deletes everything in her in box when she logs
off it. Do the two things have anything to do with each
other or are they separate problems?
