Remote Procedure Call (RCP) Service has terminated unexpectedly......

Remote Procedure Call (RCP) Service has terminated
unexpectedly windows windows will now shut down, and it
counts down from 1:00.

I just switched from DSL to Dial-Up and i keep getting
this error, most of the time its during playing Counter-
Strike. I leave my comp on for days and its fine.. Also
my Dial Up connection ALWAYS lags when I alt + tab out of
Counter-Strike any help is MUCH appreciated.
