Remote procedure call error!?

Hi

When I connect to the internet through a modem, the
connection lasts about a minute. Then I get a message
dialog saying "Remote procedure call" by "NT
AUTHORITY\SYSTEM". A clock is then showing my computer
will close down in 30 seconds.

Does anyone know what this can be?
