I want to be able to access a report or form over the internet. Do I
need a website for this? Or is it a WAN or LAN? Totally lost and/or
confused. Where do I start?

A web page if you want lots of people to get in, or VPN "Virtual Private
Network" if its private data.

This isn't an Access question.

"Where do I start?" Goto Wiki and look up VPN.
