Remote network is in the same subnet as the server

I have clients with Linsys routers that are by default on the 192.168.1.0/24
network. The RAS server is also on the subnet. Is there no way for users to
access the LAN that the server is on?
 
If they don't use the same IP address, you may try IPSec. This search result may help,

What do you mean by one to one routing? Is this on the server side?
