Remote Network GUI Interface

I would like to deploy, update, and monitor remote
machines, from a central parent server, using a mmc type
gui interface like, SMS, SUS, MOM, etc uses.. Is this
possible now.

Not with the current beta product. Microsoft has announced that a product
which may have attributes like those you specify will be available at some
future unspecified time, but nothing further has been announced.
 
One more detail. If such an enterprise-oriented product becomes available,
the way to find out whether it will be possible to beta test would be via
your Microsoft contact--TAM, or whatever Microsoft staff person is available
to your organization.
