Remote log viewer via Telnet

Does anyone know of a free piece of software which will view an actively
changing log file, and broadcast it to a tcp port?

http://www.baremetalsoft.com/baretail/index.php Baretail is a great live log
viewer, but what i would like is to be able to telnet to a specified port,
and view the actively changing log file. Anyone know of some suitable
software?

Netcat might o what you want: <http://netcat.sourceforge.net/>

http://www.vulnwatch.org/netcat/ is where i got netcatnt from, is this the
latest version of the windows version?

<http://netcat.sourceforge.net/> is where the source lives, that's all I
know. (I.e. I build it for myself, on OSes that don't come with it)
