Hi I have the following set-up

2 x Windows 2000 with SP 3 both have ISDN and both are running ISA server
with SP 1

The problem that I'm having is that when one of the server dials into the
other it is unable to see any of the ports apart from port 25. And because
of this I'm Unable to browse the remote server or make any connection to it.

I can ping the server by IP address and by the server name.

But that about it.

If this is a LAN to LAN VPN routing setup, make sure that the names of the VPN adapters in RRAS match that of the credentials
used to authenticate the tunnel. This is how RRAS differenciates this connection from client connections into the network. For
more information on setting this up, please see 308208 HOW TO: Install and Configure a Virtual Private Network Server in

Thank you,

Thanks Michael

when I connect to anyone of the servers from winxp workstation I can do
anything I want, like mapping a drive via dos. But I when the server connect
to each other they can't even do that.
