Here are a couple of options:
a) The easy way: Buy or borrow a CD drive. They are cheap!
b) The hard way: Make a network boot disk (www.bootdisk.com),
then make a network connection to a PC with a CD drive.
Note that your PC must have a FAT32 partition for Win2000.

how about a lets talk about the Kind of CDROM i would need becuase the only
port on the Compaq ipaq is USB, VGA, and power that is it besides the LAN
port;)

and speaking of B how would i get a NETWORK boot disk From bootdisk WITH OUT
a Floppy and the pc i take from is NOT a Compaq IPAQ:P

Unless you have other PCs readily available, and good skills
in making boot disks (both floppy and hard disk), your best
bet is to take the machine to a computer shop and ask them
to load Windows for you.

hey buddy I RUN a compuer Shop i think i am able to handle a Simple task of
HDD boot Disk

Great! Put the hard disk into some other PC, turn it into a boot
disk, load Win2000, put it back into the original PC, and off you
go. Piece of cake for someone with your skill level!
