Remote host name cannot be resolved!

I connected remotely yesterday for the first time from my work pc (xp professional) to home (xp home). Everything worked great. Last night from home, I had to reboot my computer while leaving the remote connection on. I get to work today and attempt to connect and it says " Remote Assistance connection could not be established because the remote host name could not be resolved. Please try again." What does this mean? I am doing this by email invitation.
 
Try re-connect using a new remote assistance ticket,
