the question i have is: if i am sending images via tcp/ip
or lan or satelite or whatever, is there a way to actually
view what IS being displayed on a monitor, not what signal
is being received or what should be displayed. What I'm
trying to solve is if i transmit an image to a plasma
panel located 2000 miles away, can I actually determine
that the image sent was displayed, remotely. Given that
the monitor is functionable, has power and working
