Remote Desktop

Want to use Remote Desktop from off site computer. Can
not connect to computer over internet. Locally is not
problem. Computer is connected to Web via cable modem.

Contact your ISP to verify they allow this.
Port 3389 (by default) must be open. If you have a firewall, it must be
opened there as well. If you have a router (not connected directly to the
cable modem) then you must pass-thru the port information to a particular
machine.. etc.
