Hi,
I've win xp on two PC and to access the second PC I always used remote
desktop with no problem. Now I've installed a MMORPG game (daoc:
http://www.camelotherald.com/index.shtml)on the second PC and I tried to
start it trough the remote desktop but I get the following error: "Renderer
creation failed".
If I start it direct (without using the remote desktop) on the second PC the
game work fine. I don't need a good resolution or a real-time access to the
game trough the remote desktop, but I only need to start it and leave it
loaded. Do someone have some ideas what is and how to solve this problem ?

Thanks 4 your help

When you are logged in via Remote Desktop and launch the game, the game is
trying to use the RDP driver instead of your graphics card. The graphical
capabilities of remote desktop are minimal and not adequate for graphics
intensive games, so it fails -- just as it would if you were trying to run
it on a computer equipped with a graphics card from 1995.

In principle, it might be possible to trick the game into launching from an
RDP session, but still attaching to the local console graphics device --
however, I don't have any idea how you would go about doing that in
practice.
