I tried to connect to a WIN XP (Home Ed.) computer using remote desktop connection but it didn't work. Is it because it doesn't work on WIN XP home editions?

Remote Desktop is a feature found in Windows XP Professional and the
superset versions (for the XP line of products.)

Correct... Remote Desktop is a feature of Windowx XP Pro or Windows
2000+ Server.
