i am haveing trouble connecting my remote desk top from work to home. i can

get
it to work. any ideas?
If the desktop is behind a firewall or router then you need to open TCP Port
3389 on the firewall/router. Call the home PC using its public IP, ie. the
IP assigned by your ISP. More help here...

Its also possible your work network administrators block TCP Port 3389
outbound. You can test from another location, ie. a family or friends house
or a public hotspot. At work I would also check with your network
administrators about company policies that may bar you from connecting your
works trusted network to your home untrusted network.
