How do connect to my home PC via the internet from onther
computer on the via internet.

I have Wireless belkin router and I placed my home PC in
the DMZ zone but I can't connect over the internet.
 
You need to enable Port forwarding (or equivelant NAT) to allow port 3389
traffic to route to the specific PC that you want remote desktop enabled to.

You should be able to use your DLINK administrative tool to enable 3389
translation.
