I would like to use my home PC (WinXP Pro) Remote Desktop
to access a Win2003 Server which is behind a Win2K Server
running RRAS/NAT.

Any Suggestions

The simplest way is to VPN to the RRAS server and then you will
be "logically on" the server's network.

The harder way is to configure the correct port mapping from the
outside of the RRAS server to the actual Terminal server.

Oh, one more, I use this a lot but it requires the RRAS to be
do Terminal Services too: TS to RRAS, TS from THAT session
to the real server.
