Remote desktop

Ok we have remote desktop set up to get onto the
server . What is going on is i will set them up with
remote desktop and then 4 days later they call me and
tell me that it is telling them that is will expire in 2
days . Is this s server thing . Thanks Wild456897
 
If you are setting them up in Application Server mode you will need a TS
License server in your org.
For Remote Admin mode, nothing should expire.
