Remote Desktop with a Dynamic IP Address

I have a DSL connection which gives me a dynamic IP
address. I am using DynDNS Updater to keep my IP address
up to date so I can access my XP Pro computer on the road
using remote desktop. Is there any way to have the
DynDNS program start right away in XP before I log in
with a user name and password (ie. on startup - before
login)? The program will not start working until I have
logged on and I can't get the IP address updated until I
have logged on. If I am away and get someone to turn my
computer on it comes to the login screen and doesn't up
date the IP address because DynDNS isn't working yet.

Can you run it as a service? I use No-IP.com and configured the update program to run as a service
which starts automatically on my XP Pro box.

I figured a way around the problem by scheduling it as a
task on startup to start the program. It seems to work.
