I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this question. I am
working from a remote desktop (connected to our server at work). The remote
desktop is smaller than the PC's desktop and can't be resized. It's not the
resolution that's smaller but the actual window. It's framed and is
approximately 8" x 8" on a 17" screen. It can't be dragged bigger. It's
locked. Therefore I have to scroll up and over a lot. Very inconvenient.
Does anyone have any ideas what could be the cause? Thank you. Connie
