remote desktop using 2000 as host and xp as client

I would like to use remote desctop as follows: Use XP
machine to access several w2000 machines. I want to
control the w2000 machines from the xp machine. How is
this done?

install terminal services in remote admin mode on the server.

fire up RDP and type the name/ip of the server
