Remote Desktop stopped working remotely:(

I've been using remote desktop to control my computer for off site, however just recently it stopped working when I added a "kids" account (limited access). Is there something in having multiple accounts that would prevent the application from working properly? I still dialing into the same account as always. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

There are a fewthings in the event log such as:

I think the above error is for my mp3 player by Philips

Well, those don't tell me anything...

Lets get back to basics... See the troubleshooting section on this page...

Make sure you have not reconfigured a firewall for example on the machine.
Test locally over your LAN to see if you can connect....
