remote desktop software

I am currently running windows 2k with realVNC, but I was wondering if
there is any software so that i can remote onto a computer and use it,
whilst someone else is sitting at the computer using it. i want it so
it will not interfear when i remote on the machine with the user. Does
anyone know what software will achieve this

psexec.exe from www.sysinternals.com. Note that it will give
you a Command Prompt environment only - no GUI.
