W2K Pro does not have this built in, so it'll be either install a 3rd
party solution or upgrade to Win XP pro I'm afraid

NetMeeting an go through the Remote Desktop Sharing Wizard.

Although you can use netmeeting, it must be started manually. There are
other free alternatives like www.realvnc.com and www.tightvnc.com
