Remote Desktop - rebooting issue

Scenario: 2 or 3 PCs in same room all running XP pro,
networked via hub and all same work group, but using
different apps on each one.
Without using a KVM switch - how can you configure the
PC's to boot fully into windows (past welcome screen)
without a user/logon password, yet still be able to access
one another on the same workgroup, effectively using one
screen & keyboard?
Is it possible with Remote Desktop - can you disable the
password requirement during RD logon to one of the other
PCs?

It may help...

I currently use a XP Pro box as a headless (no monitor, keyboard, mouse) ICS/ICF/VPN server box. I
access/administer/control it using Remote Desktop. That works very well. In my case, I don't do the
auto logon like you want to do however...

Thanks, Sorry to be dense, but how do you reboot the
headless pc via the RCD window. I have tried <ALT + END>
but this does not bring up the Task Manager. Any ideas
pls?
