Remote Desktop, overriding "xxx is trying to connect"

while trying to connect to the remote computer it halts because there is a
pop up on it's screen asking for user response "xxxx is trying to connect to
this computer, do you want to allow..."

how can I override this?

Disable Fast User Switching, and an Administrator can force the
disconnection of the currently logged in user.
