Hello - I have a Windows XP Pro computer at home trying to
connect to a WinXP Pro computer at work. At home, I have
a DSL modem connected to a Netgear FM114P wireless
router/firewall/print server. I use a Cisco VPN client to
connect to the network (connects fine). When I try to
connect to Remote Desktop, I'm able to log in, but the
full window never comes up and I'm not able to click on
anything. Maybe I need to open a port on the firewall? I
have a similar problem trying to access Exchange 2000 data
through the VPN when I'm hooked up the router. No
problems when I plug the DSL modem directly into the PC.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.
