Remote desktop no longer connecting

Go to that server and logon to the local console. Go
Into TS manager and see if the connections are used up.
It sounds like you have a couple of sessions that have
not been properly terminated, and if the server is in
administrative mode, it will not accept any new
connections. Hope this helps

Nope , no old sessions left open at all , and the server has been rebooted
as well.
