I have a client that wants to connect to a remote machine at the
office. I am using a Netgear FVS318 VPN router and have set up the
client correctly. I can connect to the remote desktop just fine on my
machine, but she is unable. Since I can connect, I have to assume the
Netgear is correctly set up, the RDC is correctly set up. The
difference is that she has Qwest DSL router to connect to the Internet.
I have checked ALL the settings and NO ports are being blocked.
When we connect from her machine, Netgear reports that it has a
successful connection, but the RDC ALWAYS fails.
Got any ideas where I should start?
