remote desktop logon error

After I hit the connect button the remote desktop web page I get the
message an internal error has occured. I have port 80 and 3389 open on
my router and my network ice firewall.

Hi Todd!
Is your Web/TS server receiving an ip-address from a dhcp
server or is it set up properly with a fixed IP address.
