Remote Desktop Issue on VPN connection is made.

I am having trouble with remote desktop, I can make a VPN
connection back to the office and connect just fine but
when I try and remote over to any box on the network I
just get a black screen and the connection eventaully
times out.
I can remotely connect to the any of these computers just
fine when I am in the office.
I have tried this setup from another box and it does the
same thing.
