Remote Desktop hangs target system

I have seen another set of posts on this group wherein
the target system for Remote Desktop hangs, but pressing
a key on the target system's keyboard clears the hang.
That is not the case for me. I can't seem to get it un-
hung.

Two XP Pro (SP1) systems. I can RDC from SysA to SysB
just fine. But, terminate that connection and try to
reverse it, from SysB to SysA, and SysA's screen goes
blank/black and it hangs. SysB eventually reports a
timeout with RDC.

SysA is not dead. I can ping it from SysB and I can do a
dir of a SysA share from SysB. But I can't get SysA back
without doing a power cycle.

I am able to reproduce this consistently on other XPpro
systems as well, but cannot find the common denominator.

Help please.

Ok - noone has ever seen this. Fair nuf. Does anyone have any idea how I
would go about troubleshooting this. How can I view the running processes on
the hung target system, etc.?

Thanks
