If I want to get remote desktop working from my home XP machine to work(W2K
server), do I have to have a VPN Server set up with TCP port 1723 and GRE
opened between the two? Or is it as simple as allowing port 3389 traffic
through the router and making sure each machine has the necessary privlages.
Thanks

Only TCP Port 3389 is required.
