Can you ping the terminal server? Can you telnet to port
3389 of the terminal server?

If you can't then terminal services is most likely not
listening on the RDP port.

I'm having the same problem and
- I see it when a I ping it
- Telnet working fine
- in fact I can connect from one PC with WIN98, but when I
tried to connect from other 2 PC with WIN98 doesn't work...
what do you think is going on?

If you can successfully connect from one client and not
from another, then you may have a license problem.

Are you running in remote admin mode or application mode?

If you run a netstat -an on your terminal server, can you
see port 3389 listening?

I found it...

I removed the Licensing key from the registry and works
