Remote Desktop Disconnected

I have been having problems connecting 2 newly installed W2K computers to
our Terminal Server. I keep getting the following message under Remote
Desktop Connection when I try to connect:

"the client could not establish a connection to the computer"

I have looked everywhere for reasons as to why this happens, but no go. I
have reinstalled a computer affected, and only installed Remote Desktop, but
still same error. I tried the Terminal Services Client and got a similar
error. I've tried a different NIC, tried the outlet that works for another
computer, installed SP4, logged in with usernames that work on other
computers, all didn't make a difference. I even called the computer a
different name!!!

Funny thing is that none of our other computers are getting this error ...


HELP!!!

I hate it when the answer is simple!!! The Terminal Services Licensing
service had stopped ...
