Hi

Triny to find out he user limits for the number of people that can connect
to a windows XP Pro machine using Remote Desktop Connection. I find id more
than one person atrtempts to connect, it kills one of them.

Is there a way of increasing this number?

Under Windows 2000 Server, you can have multiple connections based on
Terminal Services License settings. I think even with some of our main
servers at the office, we can only have two people connected as
Administrator, one being the SAT terminal.

I would think this also applies to Windows XP Pro. You would need Windows
Server 2003 for multiple connections.

Only one Remote Desktop connection can be made at one time.
This cannot be altered.

Thanks!

I guess this makes sense after I did some reading, wherin it locks other
users out whilst the connection is in session.
