I have two remote offices that connect to our Application Server with
Windows Remote Desktop Connection. One of the offices is smooth
sailing with no problems, but the other is loosing it's connection
througout the day several times, they get the following message "The
remote connection has timed out. Please try connecting again to the
remote connection."
The ISP says they have checked the line and thier modem and both came
back clean so they say it's on our end. There are two users which both
plug into that modem, and they go down at the exact same time. I have
checked the logs on their machines as well as our Server and haven't
see anything out of the ordinary. What could be causing this?
Thanks!
P.S. Both offices have the same amount of bandwidth and the office
that is working fine has more employees.
