Remote Desktop Connection. Re-starts the computer.

Hi.

I am trying to help a colleague of mine by using remote access, but when I
try to get connected, the computer re-starts. I have even changed the
service settings for RPC in services, without any luck. We are both running
Windows XP on the same Domain. Any idea what is wrong?

I have never heard anything like this. Can you tell us at what point does
the computer starts rebooting - once you logon or connect?
 
Sounds like a BSOD.... Check the event log to see what system error
was logged...
