Cannot connect to an XPpro SP3 box over RDC. Facts:
- Client-side error reads the generic "The computer can't connect to
the remote computer. Try connecting again...";
- "Allow users to connect remotely to this computer" option appears
checked ("enabled") and greyed out;
- "Allow users to connect remotely using Terminal Services" policy is
set as "Not configured";
- "fDenyTSConnections" is set to "0";
- relevant services are running.
Research on web and MSKB shows remedy for "greyed out" issue under
"remote" tab, but I can find nothing that relates to the condition
"checked but greyed out".
Any suggestions? or, preferably, links?
