ROB: ask if anyone knows a good site that explains it more clearly nd its
all in one place instead of like ms which the explanation and instructions
our spread out amonst 15to 30 help files

If you don't get any recommendations here, there is a newsgroup on the
Microsoft server that deals with these topics (remote desktop and remote
assistance):
