All,
I'm familiar in Windows NT and 2000 of the Terminal
Serivce Client which can be utilized to connect to a
Terminal Server running on a Windows Nt or 2003 Server
machine. I heard from a not so reliable source(hence this
posting) that there is a distribution from Microsoft of
the Remote Desktop "Server" application that is part of
Windows XP that can be installed on Win 2000. In other
words, it allows the Windows 2000 Professional workstation
to be connected to remotely from another Win2000/XP
workstation (i.e. no servers involved). I have found
the "client" distribution which allows Win2000 to connect
to a WinXP Remote Desktop Connection. I'm looking for
something that supports the reverse as well.
Can anyone verify this? If so, can you provide me with
the link to where it can be downloaded?
Thank you for your help
Nick
