Remote Desktop Administration with no end user needed

How do I connect to a desktop and not log off the end
user that is already logged on. Can I remotely connect to
a pc and take control with a user already logged on.
Thanks. I do not want to boot the other user, however see
what the other user is doing. Netmeeting won't work as I
don't always have an end user there. They are logged in
just not at the pc.

Remote Desktop on Windows XP is limited to 1 interactive session...
Concurrency does not yet exist for Windows XP (allowing multiple
sessions)..

Jeff or anyone that knows the answer:

I can add a user to the Local Remote Desktop users
account with Active Directory, but still cannot connect
to the machine with Remote Desktop.
I have domain amin rights. If someone at the xp machine
goes into properties and manually turns on RDP it works.
How can you do this remotely? I have 350 users that I
support.

Hi all. We have tens of XP's and the users need to remotely access those
machines via remote desktop. Those XP's do belong to Active Directory.

I know that, by default, XP's only allow administrators group to do remote
desktop, and that this access list can be added for other users/groups at
Systems Control Panel's "Remote" tab.

However, because we have a large number of machines, I don't want to go over
each computer and configure one by one.

Is there any way I can control those XP's remote desktop access list at the
OU level, may be by the Group Policy? Or any other way?

Appreciate for any input, and any web site links to related information.
